I grew up in Sugar Grove Illinois with 3 siblings and four step siblings. I attended and graduated from Kaneland High School and spent 3 years as a part of my school newspaper the Kaneland Krier.  At ASU I have spent time working for Blaze Radio, the State Press, the Chic Daily, and most recently I have thoroughly enjoyed my positions at KTAR News radio station and the Cronkite Agency.

Some of my hobbies outside of journalism include spinning Flow Star, watching movies, and shopping for antiques with my grandma. My family and I have a dog named Finn, who is a 5 year old Bernedoodle.
